Kingsley Engineering Service Co. is awarded the Work Order for Assessment, Commissioning & Environmental Consultancy of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at Newtop Textile Bd. Ltd on 30th March 2023 in Bangladesh. The current ETP of the factory employs a two-step approach, beginning with a Physio-Chemical treatment followed by the Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) Biological Treatment process. Newtop Textile BD Ltd is a subsidiary of Newtop Textile Group of Companies, a prominent Chinese Textile Group that operates through several production facilities. It is one of the leading 100% export-oriented manufacturers and exporters in Bangladesh’s Woven and Knit garments industry. All their factories are situated in Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh and it is under operation since 2010. Over the last few years, it has created a reputation of accomplishment, and they aim to lead the competitive sectors of Woven and Knit in Bangladesh. Newtop’s Dhaka factory is located at Adamjee Export Processing Zones (EPZ). The factory specializes in weaving, dyeing, and printing, with a dyeing capacity of 50,000 yards per day. Kingsley, renowned for its extensive expertise in assessing and commissioning Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), has been entrusted with the evaluation of Newtop Textile BD Ltd's existing ETP.

The Existing ETP uses a Physico-Chemical followed by the Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) Biological Treatment process, which Kingsley is assigned to assess with its vast experience in ETP assessment & commissioning. Newtop Textile BD Ltd is assured about the project by the experience of Kingsley in this regard. The Work Order signing ceremony was attended by high officials from both companies, including the Managing Director (MD) of Newtop Textile BD Limited, Mr. Tang Qun; Mr. Md. Asiqur Rahman, CEO of Kingsley ESC, Mr. Sukumar Dhali, COO of Kingsley & Mr. Rajib Ul Haque, CTO of Kingsley, along with other high officials.
