
Kingsley & CSIRS–UIU have successfully conducted a comprehensive and interactive training program titled “ETP Operation & Functionality Assessment Preparedness” at United International University (UIU) on 24th January 2025. The session was aimed to enhance participants’ understanding and preparedness for effective ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) operations and maintenance, a critical aspect of sustainable environmental management.
The program commenced with an inspiring inauguration by Professor Dr. Mujib Ur Rahman, Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, UIU. Along with him, Dr. Rumana Afrin, Associate Professor, Department of Civil Engineering & Head of Dept., shared their valuable perspectives, enlightening the participants with their inspirational speeches on environmental stewardship and industrial responsibility.


The program was anchored by Mr. Kazi M. Jilany, CBO of Kingsley, setting a professional and engaging tone for the event with sincere appreciation to the honorable professors and participants for their amazing encouragement and involvement.
Mr. Asiqur Rahman, the CEO of Kingsley, introduced the Kingsley and CSIRS-UIU mission and vision, clarifying the joint commitment to sustainable solutions for environmental challenges by engaging the industry based professionals with latest technological innovations and research collaborations

Mr. Sukumar Dhali, COO of Kingsley, also attended the session for on site and pragmatic challenges of ETP project implementation, sharing key technical insights.


The training session was conducted by the CTO of Kingsley and trainer, Mr. Rajib Ul Haque, who conducted an engaging and in-depth session on ETP audit operations and maintenance preparedness. His expertise and interactive approach provided participants with practical insights and actionable knowledge. Together with Mr. Asiqur Rahman, CEO of Kingsley the overall topics incorporated mainly as shared beneath.
