Founder & Managing Director
Min Zhou
With the intention of preserving a sustainable environment, Mr. Zhou Min has had a long, successful and devoted track in establishing a number of flagship projects of environmental protection in Tannery, Textile, Municipal, and so on both in Australia, Bangladesh, China, Sri Lanka, etc. for more than 3 decades. In order to ensure various compliances of ZDHC, LWG, etc., Mr. Min has gained multidisciplinary experience for managing mega EPC projects for Waste Water Treatment and Recycle, Solid Waste Management & Waste to Energy .
Mr. Min always has the commitment and sincerity in each of his footsteps. With a vast global experience of this industry, Mr. Min has always held a continuous thirst of adopting upgraded processes and technological for ensuring a better tomorrow.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Rahman has a flourishing career in numerous types of intellectual & quality value addition in the environmental sectors such as Water & Wastewater Treatment & Recycle, Environmental Monitoring, Environmental Social Impact Assessment, Environmental Audit, Consultancy (for IFC, WB, ADB, DoE, Bangldesh requirements), Organic Fertilizer, Sustainable Urban Sanitation System & Natural Resource Management, ETP Audit, etc.
In his 20 years’ experience, he completed several flagship & versatile projects of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and so on in Bangladesh in the last decade like Igloo CETP, Ripon Knitwear ETP, STPs at BGMEA Complex, Bijoy Rakeen City, Independent University, Karamtola General Hospital's Integrated ETP & STP, Altech Aluminium WTP & ETP & so on.
After completing MS in Environmental Science from the Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), he pursued Ph. D in Environmental Science. Mr. Rahman always has commitment and sincerity in his footsteps towards working in environmental sector. He is actively involved in several Private Projects as well as Government Projects and like, Padma Bridge Rail Link Project (PBRLP), My Village My Town (MVMT), Multipurpose Disaster Shelter Project, Green Field Tower and others.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Sukumar is a seasoned professional specializing in Industrial Water & Wastewater Treatment Solutions, Recycle, Partial Recovery, and Project Management. Currently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Kingsley Engineering Service Corporation. With a wealth of experience in managing projects related to water and wastewater treatment, environmental impact assessments (EIA), and environmental management plans (EMP), Mr. Dhali has demonstrated exceptional expertise and leadership in his field.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sukumar has successfully completed numerous Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) projects and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects. His extensive portfolio also includes a variety of EIAs and EMPs across diverse sectors such as textiles, manufacturing, healthcare, power plants, and educational institutions. This broad range of experience underscores his versatility and ability to adapt to different industry requirements.
Mr. Sukumar's deep expertise in environmental engineering is evident in the meticulous planning and execution of his projects. His commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards ensures that all initiatives meet stringent regulatory requirements and deliver optimal outcomes. His dedication and integrity have earned him a reputation for reliability and excellence in project delivery.
In his role as COO, Mr. Sukumar employs a strategic approach to engineering management that encompasses operations coordination, quality assurance, and risk assessment and mitigation. He is adept at orchestrating complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of various components, and mitigating potential risks to achieve successful project outcomes. His leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving the success of Kingsley Engineering Service Corporation and reinforcing its position as a leader in the industry.
Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Mr. Jilany has been professionally serving in different business domains such as Business Operation & Analysis, Marketing, Procurement, Quality Compliance & International correspondence.
His expertise in business analysis has been leveraged to conduct comprehensive market research, identify emerging opportunities, & formulate data-driven strategies, fostering sustainable growth and market leadership. He always held a central focus on ensuring adherence to stringent environmental standards and regulations in all project deliverables to provide cutting-edge solutions. With a solid academic foundation from renowned alma maters such as Shanghai University in Shanghai, China, and the University of Dhaka in Dhaka, Bangladesh, he brings a dynamic and profound range of experience and knowledge to the business arena.
He has excelled in environmental protection, especially managing huge wastewater treatment and environmental management projects. Strategically overseeing finances and resources, Mr. Jilany's project management talents ensure project success from start to finish.
His notable undertakings include managing projects, including designing and commissioning ETPs, WTPs, and STPs for major industrial companies. His major responsibilities encompass Strategic planning, Business Operation Management, Marketing & Business Development, procurement & International Correspondence, and Business Analysis to determine a successful project completion path. His ability to manage difficult projects and devotion to sustainable environmental solutions have led to project success and client satisfaction.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mr. Rajib brings 12 years of dedicated experience in industrial pollution control, specifically within the apparel sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from North South University and has further honed his expertise through postgraduate training in Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) design and water pollution control at the University of Stuttgart, Germany, under the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA).
An expert in wastewater treatment plant design, Mr. Rajib has successfully designed over 45 ETPs for a diverse range of industries, including food manufacturing and leather tanning. His proficiency extends beyond design; he is a recognized ETP auditor for prominent apparel brands such as H&M, ALDI, and IKEA, having conducted more than 55 ETP assessments.
Mr. Rajib is also committed to knowledge transfer and capacity building within the industry. He regularly trains industry personnel on the operation and troubleshooting of ETPs, ensuring that best practices are followed and that systems operate efficiently. His extensive experience and dedication to environmental sustainability make him a valuable asset in the field of industrial pollution control.
